Hengshui Xinnuo Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven enterprise in North China specializing in the manufacture of fully automatic flash evaporative dryers. Addressing the limitations of conventional equipment—such as poor high-temperature resistance, lengthy drying times in oven-type dryers, and the need for subsequent pulverization using Raymond mills after drying—the company has, through repeated experimentation and R&D, developed a cyclonic flash dryer that can directly process filter cakes from plate-and-frame filter presses, achieving instant drying to produce a fine powder product with a mesh size of approximately 250. The dryer also features automatic ignition, automatic temperature control, and automatic adjustment of operating parameters, enabling fully automated one-button operation. This not only reduces operating costs for enterprises but also effectively eliminates many of the drawbacks associated with human intervention and delays in equipment operation.
Over the years since its launch, the product has been supplied to numerous well-known domestic enterprises—including Jingxin Chemical, Jinxing Additives, Zhongji Chemical, Hangzhou Fuyang Hongtai Chemical, Sichuan Feiyan, Jingjiang Zoshi Group, Shandong Luchuan Chemical, and Xinxiang Marine Additives—as well as to a wide range of international customers, delivering significant economic benefits to users.
The main unit is equipped with a special sealing device, which reduces system resistance and effectively increases the dryer’s air handling capacity. The drying chamber is fitted with grading rings and swirl vanes, allowing precise control of particle fineness and final moisture content. The high circumferential gas velocity within the chamber ensures a short residence time for the material, effectively preventing adhesion to the chamber walls and degradation of heat-sensitive materials, thereby achieving high efficiency, rapid processing, compact equipment, and large-scale production.
The feeding unit is equipped with an electromagnetic speed-control motor. The feeding process is continuous and stable, with no bridging occurring during operation. All parts of the feeding unit and the main machine that come into contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel.
Material collection section: Primary separation is achieved using a high-efficiency cyclone separator, while secondary separation employs an automated, dust-cleaning, high-efficiency pulse-jet bag filter. The filter bags are made from imported needle-punched nylon filter cloth, which effectively enhances dust-collection performance, improves the workshop environment, and reduces workers’ physical workload.
This cyclone flash dryer features high production capacity, strong drying intensity, high thermal efficiency, and a high product recovery rate.
