1、 Core Introduction

1. Working principle

Filtering stage: The dusty gas enters the dust collector, and the large particles first settle in the ash hopper; Fine dust is intercepted by the outer wall of the filter bag, and clean gas passes through the filter bag and enters the clean air chamber for discharge.

Dust cleaning stage: The accumulation of dust in the filter bag increases the resistance (usually 1200-1500Pa). The PLC triggers the pulse valve, and high-pressure compressed air (0.4-0.6MPa) is instantly sprayed into the filter bag. The filter bag rapidly expands and contracts, shaking off the dust and falling into the ash hopper for discharge.

Ash discharge stage: Dust from the ash hopper is continuously/intermittently discharged through ash discharge valves, screw conveyors, etc.

2. Main structure

Upper box: clean air chamber, flower board, spray system (pulse valve, air bag, spray pipe).

The middle box: filter bag, bag cage, filter chamber, is the core dust removal area.

Lower box (ash hopper): pre settling, ash collection, and ash discharge.

Control system: PLC automatic control, triggering dust cleaning according to differential pressure/timing.

3. Key features

Efficient dust removal: The capture efficiency for particles ranging from 0.1 to 20 μ m is ≥ 99.9%, and the emission can reach * * ≤ 5mg/m ³ * *.

Strong dust cleaning: The pulse blowing energy is large, the dust cleaning is thorough, and the resistance of the filter bag is stable.

Strong adaptability: Suitable for complex working conditions such as high temperature (≤ 260 ℃), high humidity, and corrosion.

Easy maintenance: The top of the filter bag can be pulled and replaced, with high maintenance efficiency.

2、 Mainstream application areas

1. Steel metallurgy

Blast furnace gas, converter secondary/tertiary dust removal, and electric furnace flue gas purification.

The processing air volume can reach 1 million m ³/h, and the high-temperature resistant filter bag (fiberglass/PTFE film) is suitable for working conditions of * * 260 ℃ * *.

After purification, the gas can be recovered, and the dust can be reused as sintering raw materials.

2. Cement building materials

Dust removal throughout the entire process of kiln head, kiln tail, raw material mill, cement mill, packaging machine, etc.

Cooperate with denitrification to achieve synergistic treatment of dust and NOx, with emissions ≤ 10mg/m ³.

Suitable for high temperature and high dust concentration scenarios between 80-260 ℃.

3. Electric energy

Purification of flue gas from coal-fired/fluidized bed/waste incineration boilers.

Cooperate with desulfurization and denitrification to achieve ultra-low emissions (≤ 5mg/m ³).

PTFE coated filter bags are used in garbage incineration scenarios to synergistically control dioxins.

4. Chemical Industry and Nonferrous Metals

Flue gas/dust control for synthetic materials, fertilizers, coking, and non-ferrous metal smelting.

Processing corrosive gases such as HCl and SO ₂, using corrosion-resistant filter materials such as PPS and aramid.

Recycling valuable materials such as catalysts and powders, with a recovery rate of ≥ 95%.

5. Other industries

Mining/Machinery: Crushing, screening, polishing, casting dust control.

Food and medicine: production of flour, milk powder, medicinal materials, etc., with explosion-proof and food grade filter bags to ensure safety.

3、 Selection and Application Points

Filter material selection: Polyester needle punched felt at room temperature (≤ 130 ℃); PPS is used for medium temperature (130-190 ℃); High temperature (190-260 ℃) using fiberglass/aramid; PTFE coating is used for corrosive working conditions.

Dust cleaning parameters: pulse pressure 0.4-0.6MPa, spray width 0.1-0.2s, cycle set according to differential pressure/timing.

Adaptation to working conditions: high humidity requires insulation to prevent condensation; Flammable and explosive materials require explosion-proof design; High concentration requires pre dust removal.
